Digital Smile Design
Photographs, video and digital scans are used to design your smile on screen first - shape, length, midline and proportion mapped to your face before any treatment begins.

Dr. Mitul Desai combines prosthodontic training with digital smile design to plan every case before a single tooth is touched - so the result is proportioned to your lips, your bite and the way you actually smile.
About Dr. Mitul
Dr. Mitul Desai is a cosmetic dentist and prosthodontist practising in Kuwait. Prosthodontics is the dental specialty concerned with rebuilding and replacing teeth - which means his work starts with function, bite and long-term stability, and only then becomes beautiful.
That background is what separates a smile that photographs well from one that still looks and feels right years later. Every case is planned digitally, discussed openly, and previewed before treatment starts. Nothing irreversible happens until you have seen the plan and agreed with it.
His work is shared publicly - case after case - on a verified Instagram profile followed by a community of more than 32,000 people across Kuwait and the region.
Treatments
Most smiles need more than one treatment to look effortless. These are the procedures Dr. Mitul plans and performs - chosen for your case, not sold as a package.

Planning & previewUltra-thin ceramic layers bonded to the front of the teeth to correct shade, shape, chips, worn edges and small gaps - designed as a set, never tooth by tooth.
CosmeticLithium disilicate ceramic - strong enough for function, translucent enough to behave like natural enamel in daylight rather than looking flat and opaque.
CeramicFull-coverage restorations for teeth that are heavily filled, cracked or root-treated, and fixed bridges to replace a missing tooth without a removable appliance.
RestorativeFor worn, collapsed or heavily restored dentitions: bite height, function and appearance rebuilt together in a staged, prosthodontically planned sequence.
ProsthodonticsThe restorative side of implant treatment - the crown, bridge or prosthesis that sits on the implant, matched in shade, contour and emergence to the teeth beside it.
ProsthodonticsA combined plan when no single treatment will do it - whitening, gum contouring, veneers and crowns sequenced so the finished smile reads as one design.
CosmeticSupervised whitening for teeth that are healthy but discoloured - often the first step, and sometimes the only one needed before deciding on anything permanent.
CosmeticA structured assessment with photographs and a written plan - including whether treatment is the right call at all, and what happens if you wait.
DiagnosticsDigital Smile Design
Guesswork is the most expensive part of cosmetic dentistry. Digital smile design removes it: your face, your bite and your expectations become measurable inputs, and the design is agreed in advance - on a screen, and often in your own mouth as a trial smile.
Photos, video, and digital scans of your teeth, lips and facial proportions.
Tooth shape, length, midline and the smile curve drawn against your facial landmarks.
Where the case allows, the design is transferred into your mouth so you can see and feel it first.
Your feedback is built into the final ceramics - not discovered after they are fitted.
Before & After
Real cases treated by Dr. Mitul, photographed under the same lighting and framing. Pull the slider across each one - no retouching, no borrowed photos.
Every mouth is different. These photographs show outcomes for the individuals treated and are shared with their permission; they are not a promise of an identical result. Suitability, number of appointments and longevity are discussed at consultation.
The Process
From the first message to the follow-up appointment, you will always know what happens next, what it involves, and what it costs.
A proper conversation first. What bothers you, what you want changed, what you would rather keep - plus a clinical examination of teeth, gums and bite.
Photographs, video and scans are recorded and analysed against your facial proportions to find what is actually driving the problem.
You receive a smile design and a written treatment plan: what is proposed, the alternatives, the number of visits and the full cost.
Where indicated, the design is trialled in your mouth. You see it, photograph it, live with it - and changes are made before anything permanent.
Preparation and fitting, carried out in planned appointments with temporaries that already follow the approved design.
Review appointments, a night guard where your bite needs protecting, and clear maintenance instructions to keep the result stable.
